Payments: on arrival at the Resort
Pay for your stay only at the Resort. There is no credit card charge for booking.
Cancellations: free of charge
You must cancel your booking 24 hours before the arrival date otherwise or in the case of no show 1 night will be charged to your credit card. Cancellations are free of charge provided you adhere to the conditions set by the hotel. Cancellation conditions may vary according to the offer, period or type of room booked. - For the first child from 2 to 12 years the cost is 50% of the room rate per person per night with an extra bed.
- For the second child from 2 to 12 years the cost is free with an extra bed.
General booking conditions for children and extra bed (for stays that do not include advance purchase deals for the summer):
- All children under 2 years stay free using existing bedding.
- Children under 2 years pay 7 euros per day, available on request.
- For the first child from 2 to 12 years the cost is free with an extra bed.
- For the second child from 2 to 12 years the cost is 50% of the room rate per person per night with an extra bed.
- For any child over this age or an adult the cost is 70% of the room rate per person per night with an extra bed.
- Maximum number of cots per double room: 2.
- Maximum number of extra beds per double room: 1
- Extra beds and cots are available only on request. The hotel will confirm availability.
